1. Introduction

Welcome to the LeafBrands Affiliate Program! Our program offers members the opportunity to earn commissions on sales by sharing affiliate links and discounts with their audience.

2. Definitions

Affiliate: Any person approved for our affiliate program.

Potential Affiliate: Any person potentially approved for our affiliate program.

Commission: Compensation based on an agreed-upon percentage of sales generated by an Affiliate.

Termination: The removal of an Affiliate from the program.

Posts: Any social media upload mentioning LeafBrands or LeafBrands' proprietary brands.

3. Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 21 years old.

4. Registration Process

Potential Affiliates must complete the affiliate application, including an active email, name, and links to their social media profiles (if available). LeafBrands' team will review applications within 24 hours. False information may result in termination of the Affiliate's account.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must remain ethical and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Affiliates must not exploit program glitches and should use provided tracking links.
• LeafBrands may terminate affiliates for any reason at any time.

5. Social Media

• Affiliates must only use accepted social media platforms approved by LeafBrands for their posts.
• Approved social media platforms are Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, and Pinterest.
• Affiliates must adhere to the social media platform's terms of service.
• Affiliates must refrain from using vulgarity, nudity, or obscene language in their posts.
• Affiliates have the freedom to choose their attire for posts, including swimwear, as long as the content does not purposefully promote seduction or objectify individuals.
• LeafBrands provides marketing materials, but affiliates may create their own as long as it follows these guidelines.

6. Commission and Payments

Commissions are calculated based on tiers:

Sprout: 10% Commission

Nurturer: 15% Commission

Gardener: 20% Commission

Cultivator: 25% Commission

Harvester: 30% Commission

Sprout: 1-24 Commissions

Nurturer: 25-49 Commissions

Gardener: 50-99 Commissions

Cultivator: 100-199 Commissions

Harvester: 200+ Commissions

Payments start being made at the end of each month or upon reaching a $200 commission balance if an Affiliate requests early payment. If a customer returns a product after commission payment, the corresponding commission is deducted from the next payout. Payments are made through Authorize.net or Paypal.com.

7. Tracking and Reporting

Sales are tracked through RecomSale.com. Terminated affiliates can appeal by contacting LeafBrands' support team.

8. Confidentiality

Affiliates must keep non-public information confidential, including early access to marketing material and campaign information.

9. Modification of Terms

LeafBrands may modify program terms; affiliates will be notified via email and online portal. Failure to accept new terms within 10 days may result in termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

LeafBrands will schedule meetings to settle disputes before legal action.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Local disputes will be handled in Wisconsin courts, national disputes in United States courts.

12. Miscellaneous

• Upon reaching a new tier, affiliates move to that tier within 24 hours.
• Affiliates are locked into a tier for at least 30 days unless surpassed.
• Commission numbers are re-assessed after 30 days of no tier advancement.
• If numbers fall within an Affiliates current tier after 30 days, no change is made.
• If numbers fall below an Affiliates tier after 30 days, the tier is adjusted based on the past 30 days' performance.
